Wonder isn't just a book. It's a book that people can relate to, in different ways. It's a book about not hiding yourself, just because you want to or need to FIT IN. August (Auggie) is a great example, for the first few months, he was scared to show himself, just because of the comments, people might say. August had a lot of problems. His facial appearance was one of them. The other problems just formed because of that big one. Auggie is getting bullied by Julian, later are they friends? Summer and Jack are his friends in the beginning, what happens to the end? I read the book first, then the movie later. The book is the original because the movie misses some details, but every movie does... THIS IS A MUST READ!!! (IF YOU HAVEN'T READ IT YET!) Once you've read this book, look out for "Auggie and Me: Three Wonder Stories."
